By submitting User Content to Audrop, you grant Audrop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify as technically necessary, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve, promote, and maintain the Service.
This license exists only for the purposes described above and does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Audrop.
You are solely responsible for your User Content.

You may not use Audrop to upload, publish, transmit, or distribute content that:
Audrop may remove content that violates these Terms or presents a safety, legal, security, or platform-integrity concern.

Audrop may provide a feature called Drive Safe Mode designed to reduce visual interaction with the Service while a user is engaged in activities such as driving.
Drive Safe Mode is not a safety device, autonomous-driving system, or substitute for responsible driving.
You remain responsible for complying with traffic laws and maintaining appropriate attention to the road and surrounding environment.
Do not interact with your device while driving.
If using Audrop while driving would distract you, stop using Audrop until you are safely parked.
Audrop does not guarantee that Drive Safe Mode will prevent distraction, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
The Audrop Service, excluding User Content, may contain:
These materials are owned by or licensed to Audrop and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations about Audrop, you grant Audrop the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
This does not transfer ownership of your independent User Content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUDROP AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUDROP'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Audrop and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
